Features a specialty high-definition heat-dye application that ensures long lasting color vibrancy even after machine washing.
The fabric is durable and resistant to wrinkles, shrinking, and mildew.
Each JACKET is custom printed with a Special design, cut and sewn just for you when you place your order there may be small differences in the design on the seams and/or arms due to the custom nature of the production process.

The real color of the item may be slightly different from the pictures shown on website caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness
The print on the item might be slightly different from pictures for different batch productions
There may be 1-2 cm deviation in different sizes, locations, and stretch of fabrics. Size chart is for reference only, there may be a little difference with what you get

DELIVERY TIME = PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours after being placed.
Canvas/ Poster/ Metal Sign: These packages cannot be delivered to a PO box.
International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some areas we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those places, we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped out that contains your tracking number. If you don't receive any tracking information within 9 days, please contact us at support@egcmerch.co

Why does my tracking say no information is available at the moment?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days and there is still no information on your tracking number, feel free to contact us.
